Are there any other charges once I have purchased?No, there are absolutely no other charges at all – ever!
Do I have to pay for future upgrades?No, upgrades are supplied free of charge to all registered users
What methods of payment do you accept?We use the secure online payment system of PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you still can pay with a debit or credit card via their system at the checkout.

I am new to forex. Will you help me?Yes. Our e-mail support service will give all the help you need.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?We pride ourselves on a fast response but we are generally not available when the markets are closed at the weekend. We are usually available from the start of the London open 7 a.m. GMT until the close of the New York session 10 p.m. GMT & occasionally at other times.
Do you give private tuition?No. Unfortunately our current commitment to trading, customer support and system development does not allow us the time.
I am completely new to this, do I open a demo account or a live account?We are all completely new to this when we first start. You need to open a demo account and trade with it until you can demonstrate to yourself that you can successfully follow the system and show consistent profits. Then and only then should you consider opening a live account with your own REAL money.
Requirements and setup
Is it easy to load the custom indicators?Yes it is. No one has ever failed to complete the installation so far.
I can't get my indicators to load?
You need to save them to your desktop from the download you were sent with your instructions when you purchased, before you unzip them and save them to your metatrader4-experts-indicators file.

Are you trying to save them to another version of MetaTrader 4 previously installed on your PC? If this is the case, uninstall your current version of MetaTrader 4 and download a new version from one of our recommended locations.
I bought my system on Saturday and now its Monday morning and I can't get the platform to respond.
During the weekends (when the market is closed) the platform is often updated during which time it will not respond until the new updates are sent to your PC and the platform updates itself.
Just close your platform and open periodically on Monday during the London session and all should be fine again.
I have just downloaded the MetaTrader 4 but the charts are not moving.
If you have downloaded during the weekend, or during a public holiday the markets are closed and therefore the charts will not move. If this is happening and the markets are definitely open, check your internet connection.
